Flaminio Penthouse with Spectacular Terrace

The house is beautiful and welcoming, the view is breathtaking with Monte Parioli that can be touched with a finger. The area is full of trendy shops and clubs. While life flows hectic and lively on the street, from the Terrace you can't hear any noise and you have the feeling of being in a garden in the countryside. The space The house is spacious and comfortable. It is located on the sixth floor of a building from the 1940s, where, in 1948, some scenes from the film "Bicycle Thieves" were shot, a masterpiece by Vittorio de Sica. The Terrace and the view are striking for their beauty and the visual impact you get when entering the house has the flavor of a surprise, unimaginable and unexpected: the green, lush and majestic Monte Parioli at your fingertips! It no longer seems to be in the center of Rome, but in the open countryside! The spacious and bright living room and kitchen lead to the terrace. In the living room there is also a comfortable double sofa bed. There are 3 bedrooms, two double and one single. There are 2 bathrooms, both in travertine. Other things to note Rome is a big city, rich in history and things to do and see! I can recommend something special and fun, restaurants to eat at or places to enjoy great aperitifs! My beach vacation home is Villa Betty, in Marina Velca, in the municipality of Tarquinia, less than 100 km from Rome. This house is also a piece of my heart! Tarquinia is a wonderful town, the cradle of Etruscan civilization. There is a nice tour, from morning to evening, that can be arranged. You can reach Tarquinia by train in just over an hour and take a private tour with the good guide Claudia who will show you the Etruscan and Romanesque beauties of an authentic jewel: Tarquinia!
