The space We offer an apartment in our residential building on the first floor with a separate entrance via an external staircase. The studio is about 40 sqm, light and bright with a large, partially covered roof terrace. You have a wide view to the south to the Pegnitzauen. The furnishings are high quality, partly with old restored furniture. Two beds can be placed individually or as a double bed. If required, the sleeping area can be separated from the living area by a curtain. In a niche there is a pantry kitchen with sink, fridge and stove. All necessary kitchen utensils are of course available. If something more is needed, we will be happy to help. The bathroom with shower and toilet is small but bright and friendly. The train station is a five-minute walk away, and you can reach Nuremberg Central Station in 30 minutes by train. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities; hikers and cyclists are in good hands here, climbers drive only a few kilometers. The Pegnitz, a quiet hiking river, can be paddled; a bathing lake, an outdoor pool and a spa with sauna area invite you to swim and relax.
