In an idyllic secluded location on the Wadden Sea National Park, the Atelier-Haus is surrounded by meadows and fields. The studio house is 50 m away from a single, thatched country house (HUS OPN DIEK). It impresses with open, individual architecture and unconventional furnishings. The space The living room is very bright, large and high, with an integrated kitchen. The bathroom and 2 bedrooms are adjacent to the living room. The sleeping gallery has a 2 x 2 m alcove bed under the slope - in front of the bed is standing height. In the small bedroom with built-in wardrobe there is a sofa bed (160 cm) and a desk, so it can be used as an additional bedroom, as a study or as a children's room. Guest access You rent the entire house: Living room with kitchen, 1 sleeping loft, 1 bedroom, bathroom, conservatory, private garden surrounded by hedges, garden gate, parking, Equipment for max. 4 people: dishwasher, ceramic stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, underfloor heating, fireplace, electric grill, Internet. Older bicycles can be used free of charge on request. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided for a fee of €15/person to be paid on site We charge a flat rate of €50 for dogs Wi-Fi can be used free of charge for surfing + emailing. For long-term stays (longer than 6 months), a security deposit (3 months' rent) must be paid. This will be refunded upon proper return of the apartment.
