Our private, protected setting provides access to all the surrounding area has to offer. The space Whether people want to gather or spread out--there's room for all. The master suite (king bed) includes own bathroom and separate shower and bath area. Guest room (queen bed) and bunk room have adjoining bathroom. Loft has a trundle bed and 5th bedroom (off of master) has two single beds. Living room with two window seats is off of kitchen and dining room; Rec/TV room is off of bunk room/"kid's wing." Guest access Guests have access to entire house and decks (a separate wine room/office is locked). Laundry facilities are within house and hot tub is on lower deck. The homeowners' association provides swimming areas, tennis courts, bocci ball/horseshoe courts, and playgrounds; The Sea Ranch Golf Course is located at the north end; and an equestrian facility with boarding is also available. Other things to note Besides the coastal area, wine country and Mendocino are within an hour's drive.
