Waterfront Beach Cottage in Constance Bay Ottawa

Located 45 mins from downtown Ottawa, this beautiful rustic cottage has waterfront access with its own private beach. Enjoy the fresh air, breathtaking shorelines and surrounding nature. Local amenities are all within 20 mins drive. The space The cottage features two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed), a living room with two single beds and two sofas, a dining room, a sunroom, a kitchen and a small 4 piece bathroom. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The kitchen comes fully equipped, just bring food and supplies. Enjoy the view of the Gatineau Hills while having a BBQ in the backyard. Firewood is provided by the cedar hedge and the firepit is located on the beach, perfect for smores at night! Guest access Parking spaces in front driveway up to 4 vehicles. Note: when directly facing the cottage, do not park in front of the windows on the left side. Septic tank may be damaged from vehicle weight. Other things to note Linens, pillows and sheets can be provided for a $200 service (bedding) fee, otherwise bring everything you might need during your stay at the cottage. Shower and beach towels are not included. Reminder that there is no on-site laundry. Please contact us before booking if you would like to opt out of the bedding service. As a reminder, there is a no pet policy as the cottage is not set-up for pets. For canoeing and other activities on the water, guests are responsible for bringing their lifejackets and other safety supplies. Life jackets must be worn when using canoe or paddleboards. Garbage/recycling: Please check city of Ottawa calendar; usual drop off is Sunday night for Monday pickup however guests are responsible for bringing back any leftover garbage and recyclable materials with them back home. Large garbage plastic bags are provided in the kitchen for that purpose. Check-in 4 pm and Check-out at 11 am. Early check-in possible, message owner to confirm details prior to arriving.
