On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a sitting area. A dining table for dinner with family or friends, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen. Upstairs you will find two comfortable bedrooms. The first offers a double bed (140x190), the second bedroom offers 4 beds with two double beds (140x190), on the landing a relaxation area with desk and sofa. Two functional bathrooms, they are equipped with a shower and a sink with toilet each. To top it all off, the top floor, a landing with its dorm reserved for the youngest with a dedicated sleeping area with five single beds (90x200) and a double bed (140x190). A closed courtyard invites you to relax to enjoy the good times in complete tranquility. In addition, the house is located close to beautiful walks, perfect for discovering the surroundings or for a small digestive walk after a good meal with friends and family . Other things to note Guests are asked to ensure the tranquility of locals and in particular to avoid noise pollution outside the house. Parties are not allowed in this property. Risk of eviction if not complying with the rules. SHEETS AND TOWELS This service is optional. If you do not wish to fill an extra suitcase with sheets and towels, we can offer one. With this service, you will also enjoy beds made on arrival. RATES: • Bed: €12 per bed • Bathroom linen: €8 per person ( one large hand towel + 1 small hand towel) All our cottages are equipped with 140/200cm duvet for single beds and 220/240cm for 2 places or sometimes 240/260cm. The pillows are all 60x60cm. All bedding and pillows are protected by mattress pads. Bath mats in the bathroom, 4 kitchen towels, mop as well as some cleaning supplies. HOUSEKEEPING CLEANING must be done on the day of your departure if you do not take the cleaning package option at the end of your stay. It is essential to: - vacuum and clean floors, - clean sanitary facilities, - clean kitchen, appliances, - clean and tidy dishes, - empty and evacuate garbage cans, - empty the ashes and clean the grills from the barbecue, - empty the fridge/freezer. BBQ OPTION ( + €30) CLEANING OPTION (+100€) It is possible for you to book us this package upon arrival but does not exclude the evacuation of your garbage cans and return the house in the condition in which you found it. Cleaning fee includes: - suction and cleaning of floors, - cleaning of sanitary facilities (washbasin, toilet, shower), - kitchen cleaning (fridge, sink, hob, oven, microwave). We reserve the right to charge you additional cleaning fees upon departure if these obligations are not met.
