Pet friendly Annex with hot tub & garden dome

Our cosy Farmhouse Annex provides the perfect country escape for couples, solo travellers, family with a baby or pet parents! The self contained annex is equipped with everything you might need to stay comfortably for a night or longer. Make the most of our outdoor space including garden dome, hot tub and one acre pet friendly garden. Afternoon tea now available to greet you on arrival, just ask us for our menu when you book. The space The Annex is self contained accommodation attached to a 200 year old farm house which sits in one acre of garden. The Annex features a galley style kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, grill, microwave, kettle, sink and dishwasher. On arrival you’ll find complimentary tea, coffee, bread, milk, jam and butter, plus store cupboard items so you can settle in and make plans without dashing to the shops. There’s two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the lounge area. Both feature Netflix & Amazon, and the lounge TV is connected to Sky which includes Sky & TNT Sports, plus a DVD player. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor space which includes use of our hot tub and garden dome or enjoy local footpaths that lead down to the canal towpath or into our nearest market town of Atherstone. We’re happy to welcome pets who can also enjoy a run in the outdoors space, we just ask that they are fully vaccinated and they are not left unattended for more than a couple of hours. Guest access Guests can enjoy the privacy of the Annex or share our outdoor garden space. Garden furniture, fire pit, hot tub is available as is access to the garage for storage of bikes and to use the washing machine on request which is located in the garage underneath the Annex. Other things to note We've recently launched serving of a five course Afternoon Tea to our guests as an extra option. Priced at £30 per couple, our teas include finger sandwiches, homemade scones with homegrown jam and clotted cream, homemade savoury tarts, cakes, desserts, plus tea and coffee. We serve the Afternoon Teas in our Garden Dome, so whatever the weather you can enjoy our outdoor space and a tasty start to your stay. The Annex is pet friendly so we’re happy to welcome up to two dogs as long as they are vaccinated and sociable. Our one acre garden is secure, so pawfect for pets being let off the leash! You can enjoy the hot tub any time during your stay, we just ask that after 11pm that’s there’s no noise so our neighbours aren’t disturbed. The fire pit is lovely to enjoy in the evenings. We suggest grabbing a wood pack you can buy at most garages, but if you forget we always have a little pack available for £7.50 which also includes marshmallows and skewers to make your own smores. For family health reasons we have to be really firm that the Annex is no smoking accommodation which includes vapes or any other fragrant smoking substances.
