The space The apartment includes a living room with a sofa and a 40-inch TV, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a dining area suitable for up to 4 guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stovetop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. The apartment also offers 2 foldable beds. Guests can enjoy a private balcony with a table and 4 chairs. A charcoal barbecue is available in the complex and is shared between the two apartments. A reinforced safe room (Mamad) is located in a kindergarten across the street. For observant guests, a hot plate and water urn can be provided upon prior request. The unit is suitable for hosting up to 4 guests.
