Monzón is in the center of the eastern part of Huesca, at the foot of the Templar castle. Our apartment has everything you need to make your stay an unforgettable experience. The Somontano, Sierra de Guara and Ordesa are just a stone's throw away, with a variety of activities to do: Historical visits, adventure activities, contact with nature, gastronomic rustas... The space The apartment is located in the old Vianetto hotel, remodeled as a residential building in 2021. It is a spacious 80m2 apartment with high ceilings, and is fully exterior, with access to the large terrace from all the bedrooms and the living room. The access is adapted and has an elevator. The apartment has acoustic and thermal insulation to ensure comfort. It has air conditioning and underfloor heating. Guest access The neighborhood is in the heart of Monzón in a commercial and residential area, a few meters away are the Tax Office, the courts, the medical specialty center, the train station, and several schools, as well as several green areas. Nearby we find several supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and all kinds of shops. Parking is free on all adjacent streets. Other things to note The apartment is brand new, it was inaugurated in March 2021. The furniture, equipment and infrastructure are all brand new.
