The space The apartment is located in the old hotel Vianetto, remodeled as a building in 2021. It is a spacious apartment of 80m2 and totally outdoor high ceilings, with access to the spacious terrace from all the bedrooms and the living room. The access is adapted and has an elevator. The apartment has acoustic and thermal insulation to ensure comfort. It has a heated and underfloor heating. Guest access The neighborhood is in the center of Monzón in a commercial and residential area, a few meters away are the delegation of Hacienda, the courts, the center of medical specialties, the train station, and several schools, as well as several green areas. Nearby we find several supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and all kinds of shops. Parking is free and free on all adjoining streets. Other things to note The apartment is completely new, it was inaugurated in March 2021. Lots of furniture, equipment and infrastructure are brand new.
