The space The furnishings of the spacious apartment are upscale, i.e. high-quality and modernly equipped and provided with everything you could wish for a short or longer stay in a temporary apartment. In addition to free high-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mbps) and landline use for calls within Germany (see guest manual for details), this also includes cable TV. Stereo system, 2 flat TVs with 42 inches in the living room and 28 inches in the bedroom, in the living room with DVD player, are available in the apartment. Spacious cabinets, a safe for your personal valuables and laptop (up to 15 inches) as well as storage options for shoes and wardrobe complete the apartment. The kitchen is new and high-quality equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator with 3-star freezer compartment as well as an oven and stove with ceramic hob. In the kitchen there is also a kettle, a regular coffee machine and a Nespresso machine for making tea or coffee. In the spacious bathroom with daylight, a wellness shower awaits you to start the day refreshed. The apartment is only rented in full service, including hand towels, bath towels and bed linen, which are changed weekly or at the latest after 14 days for longer rentals. Consumables such as toilet paper, kitchen roll and soap as well as a weekly maintenance cleaning on Friday or Monday, or the final cleaning. Guest access Access to the house and the apartment is exclusively electronic. You only need a smartphone with active Bluetooth and Android (from version 6 "Marshmallow") or iOS operating system (from version 8) - If in doubt, please ask! You can obtain the app required for access free of charge via the respective app store. After confirmed booking, or at the latest on the day of arrival, you will receive a link from the landlord to your smartphone, with which you can install the software. For this we need your mobile number. A brief introduction to the operation of the APP is given in advance by phone or messenger.
