Owners have several years' holiday cottage letting successful experience and invite you to enjoy the house and Llandudno as much as they do... The space This is a very large house suitable for 2 or 3 families staying at the same time. There is plenty to keep everyone entertained if the weather isn't so good with 2 living rooms equipped with TVs and Firestick for Netflix/Disney, dvd players, games room with pool/fussball/air hockey and board games, even a puppet theatre! Other things to note Unfortunately we have had to add a refundable damage deposit requirement of £300 from September 2023 to cover potential damage and extra cleaning. Access to the property is conditional on having paid this deposit. The deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of your last day unless there is damage or a requirement for significant extra cleaning/rubbish removal/sorting. in the event any deductions are required you will be provided with with details of itemised deduction amounts with photographs of corresponding damage. The owners regret having to make this additional requirement but recent losses, associated time, stress and admin have sadly enforced this approach. We are hopeful that all guests will receive damage deposits in full after their stay.
