A rooftop heated Jacuzzi 14m2 with a spacious lounge area for comfortable sitting for 10 people (at the huge area on top of the villa) so you can imagine the feeling of having the Adriatic sea at your palm. GROUND FLOOR: Indoor heated pool 6m x 2,4m with massage and counter-current swimming program; gym and sauna place with shower and TV; a living and dining area with TV and fully equipped kitchen with exit to a barbecue area and outdoor dining area next to the beach. Bedroom No4 with double bed 200cm x 220cm and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. All are air-conditioned, and fully covered with free WiFi. FIRST FLOOR: Comfortable and opened-plan living and dining area with glass walls and beach/sea views, TV, fully equipped kitchen, exit to a covered terrace with outdoor dining area; Family bathroom with bathtub; Bedroom No1, Bedroom No2 and Bedroom No3, all with double bed 200cm x 220cm, and there is an extra sofa bed for one person. All are fully air-conditioned. . To make your stay more comfortable, the owner can organize breakfast during your stay at your request, the price is 12€ per person.
