Apartment "am Altmühlsee" 1Zi-Whg with large garden The space The apartment (35sqm) is located in a neat detached house on the first floor and consists of a living/bedroom, a small fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there is a large garden with sunbathing lawn and barbecue facilities. The distance to Altmühlsee is about 2 km. It takes about 10 minutes by bike. Bikes can be rented for free or your own can be stored in a lockable garage. Our well-maintained single-family house is located at the center of the Franconian lake country in the municipality of Muhr am See, directly at the Altmühlsee. This wonderful holiday area with 5 man-made lakes offers ideal conditions for lots of watersports such as sailing, surfing, kiting, SUP-en as well as swimming and fishing. The beautiful, level cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore the beautiful landscape around the lakes. The municipality of Muhr a. See, with its own railway station along the route Würzburg-Munich, convinces by a good infrastructure with many good restaurants, cafes, bakeries, butchers, supermarket, banks, doctor and pharmacy and much more. Due to the short distance from Nuremberg airport (only 45 km), our house is ideally located for the Germany trip on the romantic road. Day trips to the beautiful Franconian cities such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Dinkelsbühl, Ansbach, Nördlingen, Nürnberg etc. are easily possible from the property.
