Clean, comfortable and private accommodation. Just North of Lincoln on the A15 at the Caenby Corner roundabout / A631 junction. Easy access to historic Lincoln City, the Wolds & the Lincolnshire Coast (LN8 2AR - Please look at the map). Nearby activities include Antiques centres, Skydiving, Go Karting & more. The space Our private (dedicated entry and unshared) en-suite rooms are presented similarly to a hotel, although they are part of our rural home. They have a large bathroom and spacious shower. We also provide tea/coffee etc. for your comfort. Please contact us to discuss any other needs you may have. We are close to Lincoln City, ideal for the Cathedral, Castle & City attractions, the County Showground and Hemswell Antiques, which is one of the largest antiques centres in Europe. We are within reach of the Lincolnshire Wolds, the coast, and many outdoor activities for all ages. We are very close to The White Heather, catering for weddings, parties and corporate functions. Guests can walk to the venue in minutes. There is a shop across the road for essentials, and also Starbucks within walking distance. They serve hot breakfast snacks too. We also have a guidebook with local attractions and places to eat. For a small charge, we can supply a small fridge for this room, if requested in advance. Guest access You will have a separate room with private access from the car parking, with off street parking near the room. Your bathroom is also private and connected to your bedroom, with independent heating. At check-in time, you'll have the keysafe code and will be able to drop cars or bags etc. at your leisure. We don't have facilities for early vehicle or bag drop-offs During your stay We leave our guests to enjoy their stay after check-in. We are happy if you are, but if you need anything, we are close by, and can be contacted in daytime hours via text (Anytime in emergency). We encourage anyone thats having a stay less than a 5* review to let us know before they leave, so we can resolve it :) Other things to note Please ensure the booking is in the name of one of the people staying. This is to comply with AirBnB, and also insurance requirements. I cannot accept guests into my home if no one attending is on the booking. As much as I'd like to take telephone bookings, all bookings need to be through AirBnB please. We have one car parking space per room. If you have an extra large van or trailer we may be able to accommodate if asked in advance of the stay, unless we have guests booked in the other room with vehicle at the same time. Otherwise there is a large layby directly opposite our front gate. Telephone enquiries about the room, nearby events and the area are always welcomed though! Thanks :)
