Contact us for seasonal or extended stay discounts. The space My home is a split layout with your room and bathroom across the living room from my bedroom. Guests always comment how they feel like they have privacy due to the layout of the home which puts the host bedroom and bathroom on the other side of the home. Your room has a full size bed, work table and closet. Wifi is available in all rooms and the lanai. I provide Keurig coffee free of charge. The property has plenty of space if you are towing a boat or horse trailer. Property is gated for security. I will provide an entry code once I know your approximate arrival time. Guest access The kitchen, dining, living room and lanai are shared spaces. There is room in the refrigerator for any food you need to keep chilled. Guests have full use of the well supplied kitchen and I provide a selection of coffee pods for the Keurig. During your stay I work from home 8-5. After work I may go out to meet friends. When I’m not home, I can be reached by text or cellphone. I enjoy chatting with my guests and will do my best to answer any questions you may have regarding the area. In addition to horses I enjoy birding and can help you identify most birds on the property or point you to some nearby spots to go birding. My little Russell terrier Birdie is extremely friendly. Other things to note Check with me if you need early check in. I usually can accomodate depending on when prior guest checks out. Please let me know if you have a pet for approval. No pets that have aggression issues. Pets must stay with owner or be crste trained. No dogs left loose and unattended is permitted. I expect owners to pick up after their dogs ad can provide pick up bags if needed. Service dogs are always welcome. Hotel-size toiletries available in case you forget anything. A front-load Washer and Dryer are available for guest use.
