Guest access The kitchen, dining, living room and lanai are shared spaces. There is room in the refrigerator for any food you need to keep chilled. Guests have full use of the well supplied kitchen and I provide a selection of coffee pods for the Keurig. During your stay I recently retired as a project manager and now work part-time at a local tack store. I may visit friends after work or on days off. When I’m not home, I can be reached by text or cellphone. I enjoy chatting with my guests and will do my best to answer any questions you may have regarding the area. In addition to horses, I enjoy birding and can help you identify most birds on the property or point you to some nearby spots to go birding. My little Russell terrier Birdie, is extremely friendly. Other things to note Please check with me if you need early check-in or late check-out; I can usually accommodate. Also, let me know if you have a pet. No pets that have aggression issues are allowed. Pets must stay with the owner or be crate-trained. No dogs left loose in the room unattended. Owners to pick up after their dogs, and I can provide pick-up bags if needed. Service dogs are always welcome. Hotel-size toiletries are available in case you forget anything. A front-load Washer and Dryer are available for guest use. You also have full use of the kitchen, and I provide an entire shelf in the fridge for you to store groceries.
