Long Hall has been lovingly converted into a 6-person, ground floor, annexed apartment, within a quiet housing estate, a short distance from the Peak District. Two large double bedrooms, with rainfall shower en-suites, and a large open-plan living area dining and kitchen area and a large, shared enclosed patio and garden area Long Hall suits leisure and tourist staycations, as well as trade or professional workers, who wish for a home from home. Two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed provides a flexible configuration for guests and families for up to 6 people. To the rear is a small courtyard with a new raised patio, outside furniture and dining table, and garden space that is open for use (shared with my own house) Guest access Shared garden is available and shared parking to the front of the main property - driveway accommodates 3 cars. Access to the Long Hall is from the front of the main property, via a side gate to access the garden boundary path and then by private rear entrance to the self contained apartment A new patio is available to use, with patio furniture and outside dining table, complete with solar fairy lights!! Self checkin is available using gate codes and a key safe box Full Guest welcome book is found on the table, that outlines all codes, facilities, and local area information Other things to note Ultra high speed Wi-Fi is included as well as a full Virgin Media TV with full movie pack and full SKY Sports pack, for your enjoyment Complimentary Milk and butter are in the fridge, and bread and a selection of jams to make your first morning easier For guests who bring their dogs, please respect my rule that dogs are NOT allowed on the beds.
