Beautiful apartment in a mature forest. It is part of our main home, but separate, with its own private secured entrance. Private, complete apartment. separate, secured entrance and with everything you need, in quiet surroundings. It is a calming location with plenty of wildlife. We are retired, have seen the world and are now at a stage to let the world come to us. The place is separate, about 500 square feet, with plenty of parking. It is about eight minutes from Malibu Surfrider Beach. We will do what we can to make you feel comfortable, our neighborhood is friendly and laid back. Oftentimes we are visited by deer and there are lots of birds. All of our backyard is for you to enjoy. If you find our location on Google Earth all you will see is trees. We are surrounded by public parks. There are good places to eat within 10 miles and in all price ranges. No public transportation and something like a Tom Tom GPS is a good idea. Its somewhat remote and the nearest store is seven beautiful minutes by car.
