The house is a large traditional mansion with comfortable spaces and a very beautiful view! The most beautiful view of the northern Ionian Sea, towards Pelekas, Glyfada, Myrtiotissa, Kontoyialos, Paleokastritsa, in 30 minutes on foot, you are in Agios Gordios, to the west there is Paramonas, on foot, 40 minutes, with a beach, sand, fantastic beauty, sea, for diving, for coffee, for food next to the sea. Whatever you need, I am always at your disposal, I will be happy to give you my advice. And in the next village Agios Matthaios about 4.5 km away there is a supermarket, a pharmacy. 2 km away there is the Vagonaki beach, and further down the Chalikounas beach, and the Gardiki castle with a beach up to 3 km where you can enjoy your coffee or a nice meal in a tavern of the area.
