You'll be just steps from Francis State Beach and the Coastal Trail and blocks from downtown Half Moon Bay. Park your car for a few days and relax in a quiet setting with views of the ocean and the sounds of the waves. The ground floor of the house will be yours with its large private bedroom suite, second bedroom, living room/bar and outdoor patio. (Please note that there is no kitchen.) We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures. Feel free to ask for details! Master bedroom suite has queen bed, flat screen smart TV, sofa and in-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has queen bed and view of backyard and mountains. (Please note that guests of the second bedroom share the bath of the master bedroom.) Living room includes microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator and room to unwind and enjoy the view of the open fields and mountains. If you want to occasionally touch base with the outside world, you'll have high-speed (fiber) Internet. Outside, you'll find an inviting patio and large backyard with great views of open farmland, dutifully patrolled by swooping hawks, and not-to-distant mountains. On many nights you'll hear the crashing of the ocean's waves. You will have the entire first floor of our residence and exclusive use of the patio and backyard (except for routine yard maintenance). Your hosts are upstairs and as available or distant as you choose. We welcome your text message at any time during your stay. You can't get much closer to the beach without getting sand in your shoes. Francis State Beach and the Coastal Trail are visible from our backyard. Downtown Half Moon Bay with its restaurants, bars and shops is a 15 minute walk. For golfer, there's a driving range just down the street. Getting around town is easy. If you want to walk or ride a bike (The Bikeworks, for bike rentals is just a few blocks away), the nearby Coastal Trail is hard to beat. It extends north and south for several miles in each direction. The space has one bathroom located in the master bedroom suite.
