Located on 20 acres of farmland with a 1-acre fishing pond. Accepting guests for short term stays; not available for parties and other events. We are centrally located in TN: 7 miles to I-24, 9.5 miles from Murfreesboro Town Square, and 35 miles to Nashville International Airport. The space Roomy two-story cottage on tranquil and private land, with only the sound of local wildlife. Fitted with charming old-Tennessee-style furniture, accented with numerous antique fixtures. New microwave, oven, and refrigerator, with commercial-grade washer and dryer. Can suit up to 6 adult guests for overnight stays. Guest access The entire Cottage as well as access to 23 acres of Middle Tennessee farmland, including a large pond stocked with bass, catfish, perch, etc. Other things to note Handicap accessible, with a full ramp to the side door, wall-mount handles where convenient, and accessible shower. We recently added a queen-size sleeper sofa to allow guests to more sleeping options. No Pets.
