Private, peaceful riverside retreat near Goodwood

Tranquil location in a small hamlet within South Downs national park. You’ll feel in the country with excellent walks on the doorstep but only 2-3 miles from the amenities of Midhurst. Within walking distance of the Hamilton arms in Stedham; other great pubs a short car trip away. Half acre garden with riverside frontage ( shared with owners- it is unfenced hence we cannot accept bookings with children under 5 unless babes in arms). Gated parking for up to 3 cars. The space The studio is a self contained property in our garden, accessed by steep outdoor steps ( please see photos). En suite ( bath and shower) superking bedroom plus double bedroom with its own bathroom ( shower).Spacious kitchen/diner/sitting room. Infra red heating throughout. Guest access We have parking inside the gates for three cars. This is a rural but not isolated area with one pub in walking distance and others a short drive. Shops are an easy drive or accessible by bus from the end of the lane ( not Sundays).You are welcome to use the garden.
