Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. The booking includes all 7 bedrooms with private bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, common spaces, patio with barbecue grill, and the 150 m² terrace with a wooden deck. No hosts or other guests stay at the property, allowing your group to enjoy the entire house with complete privacy. Our housekeeping team enters from Monday to Friday at previously arranged times, and our team is available to assist whenever needed. Other things to note **Important information about the surrounding area** There is currently a building under construction next door to the property. During working hours, guests may hear noise associated with the construction. Work generally takes place from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and on Saturdays until around noon. No work is carried out on Sundays. The level of noise varies depending on the stage of construction: some periods are quieter, while others may involve more activity. We prefer to share this information in advance so each group can take it into account before booking. **Private Argentine barbecue experience** At La Casa de Bulnes, guests can enjoy an authentic private Argentine barbecue, prepared especially for the group on the house grill. The experience may include a selection of high-quality meats, traditional starters, and side dishes, prepared by a local asador.
