Situated between the quaint downtowns of Sequim & Port Angeles, you'll experience comfort & convenience in the Heart of the Olympic Peninsula. Spacious, well-appointed home with a cooks kitchen and dedicated dining area. The home sits on 5 acres and features mountain views, a private fenced yard (dogs welcome!), a outdoor grill area and dining on a covered deck. The property has a finished barn suitable for events and is available to rent upon request. The space This home is not suitable for toddlers or small children. This is a quiet neighborhood so loud, late night activities are not welcome. This home has a well appointed, spacious kitchen with open-plan dining and living areas. All bedrooms offer privacy with quality mattresses, pillows and linens each with a nice - yet different - view from each window. The home features a large fenced yard with green grass and fresh fruit trees for sampling when in season. The private covered backyard deck has a dining area & lounge chairs overlooking the snow capped mountain range & open spaces. A seperate pergola houses the propane BBQ grill. High Speed Wifi is currently operational & included but not guaranteed. Basic Wifi will otherwise be available for surfing the web or checking email. If you require high speed access for videoconferencing or streaming, please bring your own HotSpot device to connect to your IP Provider (e.g. AT&T Nighthawk or Verizon Jetpack). Streaming TV on the 52” Samsung TV requires you bring your streaming device (e.g. Amazon Fire Stick or Roku Streaming Stick) to plug into one of the HDMI ports and then pair the stick with your HotSpot network. T-Mobile users may experience slower speeds. The home has Dish Satellite TV, SiriusXM Satellite Radio Music channels and a DVD Player. A faux fireplace and table lantern make the main living space very cozy while watching TV or a rented movie from one of the Redbox locations in the area. Dogs are welcome upon request, and for a fee, but are not permitted on beds or furniture. Dog bed, blankets, towels, bowls and sani-bags are provided. Guest access During your stay you will have sole access to the entire home, decks, fenced yard and open pastures. Other things to note A 1st Aid Kit is located in the cabinet above the kitchen counter. Fire Extinguishers are located in the kitchen next to stove, on the rear deck next to the BBQ grill and in the laundry room. A carbon monoxide detector is located in the main living area. Smoke alarms are located in the kitchen. Please mind your step on the decks when raining or snowing and watch for ice during the winter. Please use the Mud Room behind the laundry room to enter/exit when bringing in wet pets or when wearing muddy boots/clothes. Pet towels marked with paw prints are provided as is a large pair of loaner Muck Boots to use when taking out your pet or the trash/recyclables.
