The space Puffin Cottage has a light and spacious kitchen diner, perfect for a relaxing family breakfast or evening meal. The kitchen is fully equipt with an electric fan oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave & dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The lounge brings together the colours of the coast and catches the evening sun. It is a comfy space to watch TV or chat and play games with family and friends. There is also a multi-fuel stove for cosy nights in during the colder winter months. The master bedroom has a 'woodland' theme and is decorated in calming green colours. The bed is king size and can be split to two singles if required. There is ample cupboard space and a wall mounted smart TV. The second double bedroom is themed 'silver seas' and is decorated in subtle silvers and greys. Again, this has ample storage and a wall mounted smart TV. The third bedroom is themed 'beach days' and has a bunk bed. Please note that the top bunk can only be used by people weighing less than 11 stones. There is a chest of drawers and a small drawer unit for storage of clothes. The light and airy bathroom has a bath with a glass shower screen and shower over, a generous size handbasin and toilet, along with a heated towel rail. To the rear of Puffin Cottage is a lovely courtyard garden and decked area, perfect for catching the sun. There is a table and chairs for al-fresco dining in the warmer summer months, and two reclining chairs. There is access to the garage from the rear garden and a gate to lead out to the parking area to the rear, which is large enough for 2 vehicles. Guest access Full use of the whole house, front patio and rear courtyard garden, with sun deck. Parking spaces for two vehicles at the rear of the courtyard garden are included. The property is a 3-bedroomed terraced house with the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor. It has a staircase and is not suitable for people who have a disability which means they may encounter difficulty when climbing the stairs. We do not allow the fitting of child-gates or stair-gates anywhere in the property to avoid any damage to finished painted surfaces. Other things to note Please note that we take a £500.00 fully refundable damage deposit for all bookings. The damage deposit is payable 28 days prior to arrival. Where bookings are made within 28 days of arrival, the damage deposit is payable at the time of booking. The damage deposit will be refunded, in full, if there is no damage, within 7 days of departure
