This 125 m² single-storey house offers space, comfort and charm for a peaceful stay in the countryside between Landes beaches, thermal baths and the Pyrenees. The house stays pleasantly cool in summer thanks to its thick stone walls and old empty attic. The courtyard is fully fenced. The garden and the back are open to the fields. The space The house is entirely for you, it includes a kitchen dining room, a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, laundry room and dressing room. The main living room is the kitchen of 30 m2 fully renovated, with its 10-seater country table and 5-fire piano stove 3 ovens. The dishwasher, fridge and microwave are integrated. The garden furniture awaits you with barbecue, grounds and pétanque balls. Two bikes are available. In July and August you have at your disposal a covered 24 m2 summer kitchen with dining area, plancha, sink and refrigerator.
