Take a vacation in an exclusive vacation villa with a private pool and magnificent sea views. The villa is idyllically and quietly located in the villa suburb of Chayofa and is only a few minutes away from the most beautiful beaches and golf courses in the south of Tenerife, as well as many tourist hotspots. The space The villa has a private, heated pool (about 28 degrees Celsius) in a beautiful enclosed pool area, including a barbecue. The terrace, balcony and pool area invite you to linger on many cozy seating options and give you a great view of the Atlantic bishin to the neighboring island of La Gomera. Our house has a total of 5 bedrooms including modern built-in wardrobes. Four of them are located on the 1st floor, as well as 2 luxurious bathrooms. One bedroom with washing facilities and toilet is on the first floor. The living area consists of a very spacious living room including dining area and open American kitchen. The exclusive kitchen, of course fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, juicer, blender and toaster, offers you extensive self-catering options. A washing machine is available in a utility room. We are happy to offer laundry service (washing, drying, ironing) at an additional cost. The villa is excellent for holidays among friends, your family celebration or company event, but it is less suitable for exuberant parties or bachelorette parties due to the location in a villa area. Our house is located in the villa town of Chayofa, which is centrally located in the south of Tenerife. Within walking distance are tennis and paddle courts, the Las Aquilas Jungle Park suitable for young and old, as well as restaurants and bars in a Canarian and Cuban atmosphere. 3 or 5 minutes away by car is the Siam Park water park, the Siam Mall shopping mall, the tourist resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas as well as countless beautiful Atlantic beaches.
