The Tiny Shed is the prettiest little tiny home in Fort Wayne! Nestled next to the woods, our guests will enjoy a quiet, country getaway to escape all the busy of the city life! The stunning 9-foot windows in the bedroom give you the feel of sleeping in the woods, yet you have total privacy! SPECIAL NOTE: We were listed as the most unique Airbnb in Indiana by House Beautiful-2022! The space This is an incredible glamping experience with all the comforts of a high-end hotel! It is the perfect quiet, private escape in the country, yet close enough to town to enjoy the many great restaurants, shops and activities our great city has to offer! The Tiny Shed has all the feel of a modern home, yet all the coziness of a cabin in the woods! The stunning 9 foot vintage windows that look out to the woods give the feeling that you are deep in the woods and feature an amazing view to wake up to! The queen sized bed has a Tuft and Needle mattress and all cotton bedding for a comfortable night's sleep! The original tiny shed space is now a sweet little living room with a dining/workspace. We have a coffee bar with organic roasted coffee. There is also a microwave and a large mini-fridge/freezer. The remote control air conditioner/heater keeps the space very comfortable during your stay along with a modern ceiling fan. Just outside the front door (located in the back corner of our barn) is a full private bath with a pretty modern/vintage style. The cast iron tub and sink are in keeping with the touch of vintage in this modern bath! The cozy fire pit area is stocked with wood and fire starter supplies for you to enjoy those chilly nights outside! Guest access Guests have private access to their own bath located in the back of our barn, just a few steps away from the front entrance of the tiny shed! The dedicated guest parking area for the tiny shed is located in front of our black garage/barn. Other things to note **We now have HIGH SPEED INTERNET!! We just added a dedicated internet service to the tiny shed, so you have the fastest, most reliable internet available! Great for streaming movies on your laptop or working remotely! (Updated on 3/1/23) **This IS a glamping experience, so with the wonderful comforts and our diligence to thoroughly clean our space after every guest, you may still occasionally see a bug or two due to the heavy woods we sit next to. We want to remain as natural and organic as we can, especially because we allow dogs to stay. We do, however, use a safe barrier spray every quarter so they die as soon as they cross that barrier! **Need to check in early or check out late? We are happy to accommodate your request! There is a $35 fee for early check in or late check out. **We provide 4 complimenary bottles of water for your stay! If you will be staying more than one night, you may want to bring extra water so you have plenty! We also provide local coffee, creamer/sugar and a few snacks for your stay! **We are on a well, so if you are from the city, it will be different than you are used to so you may occasionally notice an odor from the water due to the natural minerals/iron it contains. We do have a filter on the water, so that helps a great deal! It's just part of staying in the country! 😊
