Ideal for tourists & business travelers (Merck, GSI/FAIR, ESA), bakery & restaurant "Waldlust" (3') The space The guest suite has its own entrance with hallway, wardrobe, shower, toilet & sink and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Tea, coffee capsules, sugar, salt and pepper are available. There is crockery and cutlery for 3-4 people. Please note: There is no kitchen and no sink, but there is a small sink, sponge, detergent and 2 dish towels. SATELLITE TV (Astra) and free Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating and large, bright marbled tiles. Controlled living space ventilation. Free parking is available on the private property in front of the house entrance and on the street. The KeySafeBox next to the always illuminated house entrance allows a self-check-in. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the balcony with distant views of the Taunus. Sleep comfortably in a comfortable double bed with "Estella" jersey bedding. Our home office with balcony door is located next to the suite. To give guests an undisturbed stay, the home office balcony door is always closed with a floor-to-ceiling shutter (we use two other balconies). On one side of the guest balcony there are various flower boxes as a partition to the balcony of another apartment. Since the guest balcony is large and runs around the corner, you can still sit undisturbed. Even in the rain, as it is partially covered. Between the flower boxes, on the stone tile floor, runs a plastic-encased rain gutter - please do not step on it or trip over it. The railway line runs on the east side of the house. The guest suite with balcony door is on the west side. The windows are soundproofed. According to friends and family members, little to no noise disturbance is felt (with closed windows). Guest access Through the main entrance door of the apartment building via the elevator or the staircase to the private entrance in the suite apartment, which is available to the guest alone and exclusively for the correspondingly booked time.
