The space This 60 square meter apartment is newly renovated and decorated in a modern and luxurious design - here you can relax and unwind a day of skiing. > 3 bedrooms > hi-speed WIFI > open plan kitchen > 2 separate work spaces > shared sauna. laundry room & gym DETAILED DESCRIPTION The apartment has 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed (180cm), one with 2 bunk beds (90cm each), and one with single bunk bed (90cm) plus dedicated working space below. Sonos speaker in the apartment, just connect to the wi-fi and you can play your own music! The kitchen has all the essentials you need for preparing your own meals - oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, tea kettle, coffee maker and much more. There you will also find a dining table perfect for four persons. In the living room you have a cosy sofa where you can unwind. The bathroom is white tiled and newly renovated, complete with shower, a sink and a WC - we also provide towels. From the kitchen you have access to the big private terrace. There you can enjoy a dinner in the summer and spring, or just take in the beautiful view of Swedish nature. There is free parking on the property or street outside, and there you will also find charging posts for electric cars. In the basement you have access to, among other things, relax, gym, sauna, toilet, and laundry. Relax, sauna and gym have their own speakers that are accessed via e.g. Spotify when you are connected to the network. Here is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of skiing. There is a trail just 200m from the house. This trail takes you to the slopes and Bergshotellet in under 15min on bike, or 30 min walking. In the summer you can use the trail to access the XC bike trails in the area and the downhill bike park directly (no need to go by car), i.e. "bike-in-bike-out" :-) If you enjoy fishing, there is a nice small lake about 20 minutes walking from the house. If you like cross country skiing, Harsa, one of Swedens best areas for XC, is less than 15min by car from the house! Guest access The apartment is an exclusive stay for you as a guest. Other things to note With respect to neighbors and families in the building, there is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. The walls are thin, so no loud music/noise allowed after 22 and only confirmed guests are allowed in the apartment. In the unfortunate event of misconduct, the booking can be canceled so please respect the home and neighbors.
