This is a private entry 1 queen bed room. It has a secure keyless code lock. Guests enter the front door and have access to their room via the cute front porch. The enclosed front porch is a common area that guests are welcome to use. It is a great place for morning coffee or pizza in the evening. This is located in a residential neighborhood, only 2.5 blocks from main downtown. Walking distance to shops, brewery, pubs, and more. We provide a coffee maker and coffee grounds. A small refrigerator is located in the room as well. Parking is available in 2 places. A 2 car parking area directly in front of the house. Street parking across the street from the house. This is also a cooking school (Art of Cookery) so there may be times when other people are on premises. Aside from the private bedroom and bathroom, the front porch and front yard are common areas. Long term stays include access to the back yard which has patio seating and gardens. You will receive self-arrival information upon booking. We respond well to text messages in case you need something or have a questions...or, just to let us know you've arrived, or have check-out. This area, known as the White Lake Area, encompasses the two small cities of Whitehall and Montague. There are breweries, antique shops, art galleries, art classes, pubs, a Meadery, shops, restaurants and more. Ask to borrow our bicycles. There is beautiful scenery, such as the lighthouse on the pierhead on Lake Michigan. Rent kayaks or paddleboards from Water Dog and enjoy time on White Lake. Catch a free Tuesday summer concert at the Band Shell on White Lake. We are located near miles of bike/hike trails, guests can walk to most things easily.
