Our House is for all thet will escape in the Nature but verry close to the Sea It is suitable for accommodation to max. 8 person. The most exclusive part of villa is a pool with a sun deck and barbecue. Dobrodošli! The space "Vila Maestral" is a typical Istrian house, built in the 1850th years. It is located in a quiet village Bratulići, 17 kilometers north-east of the town of Pula in Croatia In a typical Istrian ambience, away from city noise and crowds, in the midst of pristine nature with the scent of lavender, under the warm Mediterranean sun, in the embrace of waves in the Adriatic, in the "Villa Maestral" you will relive the best days of your vacation! THE GROUND FLOOR has a large living room with fireplace, dining room, wc / shower, kitchen and gallery where are three beds. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower with bidet. In the backyard there is a swimming pool in use from cca. 15.05. - 01.10 depend of the weather situation. We have two covered terraces and outdoor fireplace. The house was designed for a maximum of 8 persons. Guests have optionally place for the speedboat, and speedboats can be rented. Parking is on a private property. SLEEPING: there are 2 bedrooms in the first floor and in the ground floor in the upper part of living room we have sleeping gallery with queen size bed and single bed. Possibility for sleeping is also on the sofa bed (recommended for one person) in the lower part of the living room. KITCHEN - DINING ROOM: On th ground floor there is a kitchen with electrical appliances, dish washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and a toaster. There is a dining room too. IN FRONT of the house is a terrace. There is a swimming pool (7x3,5) (heated as needed in pre and post-season), with a terrace for sunbathing and one covered terrace for enjoying your summer vacation. Near the terrace there is a fireplace for grilling. There are parking spaces too for your cars. The owner doesn't live in the house. PLACE "Bratulići" is located 17km north-east of the town of Pula. The location is ideal for guests who want peace and quiet in nature. Nearby there are plenty of bicycle paths and hiking trails and lots of undiscovered beaches. In place Bratulići, 200m from the "Villa Maestral" are our typical restaurants with excellent local Istrian specialties, and 900m further is the pizza place. Krnica, nearest beach is 5,5km from the village, and the first tourist beach is in the "Duga uvala" with the hotel, about 12 km away from the "Vila Maestral". Guest access Vila Maestral was rebuilt and furnished with lots of love, will and efforts. Staying in it will offer their guests a refuge from bustling city and ensure discovering peace and harmony they forgot exists. The badroom are typical istrian badroom mean not big but about 16m2 each. IDEAL STAING FOR 5 TILL 8 PERSON ( more place in the house ) Other things to note The holiday home is a perfect place for those who wish to spend their holiday in tranquil surroundings of pretty Istrian village, having a vast green area at their disposal and still being close enough to all the attractions of the Istrian peninsula. The house its about 115m2 big, 5,5 km from the see and 2.5km from the next strore. The Istria region is indeed a feast for the eyes. Its streams flow to the sea through deep valleys and gullies which bring to mind the ancient local myths about giants. Rolling hills overlook the fields and valleys with little towns perched on the peaks, recalling some old paintings. The view is splendid: white-topped mountains, lush wheat fields, plateaux, valleys, vineyards and olive groves on hillsides, and, finally the sea. As you get to know Istria you will notice more and more enchanting details: church facades and portals, tiny village alleyways with their specific architectural touches, the babble of a stream, the blossoming cherries. Everything is warm–hearted and friendly here: nature, towns and people. Like a magical oasis of inspirations and rich heritage, Istria catches the fascination of travellers from every corner of the world. The opulent cultural fabric of the Istrian peninsula is woven of buildings from almost every cultural era, while the Roman amphitheatre in Pula and the Euphrasius Basilica in Poreč are world-class monuments.
