Our renovated 120 m² timber-framed house, typical of the Der region, is located in the center of a small village, 5 km from the first beach of the lake. It allows the discovery of all the facets of the Der region - water sports, swimming, fishing, bird watching, route of the half-timbered churches - and, moving away a little, the capitals of Champagne: Reims and Troyes. Its 1700 m² of land simply allows a quiet stay, alone, as a couple or family. The space We renovated this family home keeping the charm of the houses of the region, while bringing it all the comfort necessary for modern life, as well as a little air of vacation by the water. The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher). The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washer-dryer. Please bring your bed linen, kitchen towels and towels. There is all baby equipment: baby bed, highchair, bath chair, changing mat, plastic bathtub, potty, toilet adapter. For entertainment, a ping pong table and 5 bicycles are available. In the hot hours, a garden table and chairs, as well as 3 deckchairs encourage you to relax. In the cool season, a wood-burning stove invites you to relax around a good fire. Guest access Access to everything except the garage. Other things to note We have not requested a cleaning fee but ask our guests to leave the accommodation perfectly clean and tidy when they leave, thank you!
