Stone Cottage is a beautifully restored, mid terraced, Grade II Listed Cottage, built in 1830. Nestled in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Stone Cottage is the place to stay to enjoy long country walks or curl up by the woodburning stove with a good book. The cottage is situated on the Viking Way, allowing you to enjoy bike rides and walks straight from the property. A great holiday destination to get away from it all. The space Stone Cottage has been sympathetically restored retaining and enhancing original period features whilst providing amenities you would expect for modern living. We provide our guests with a Welcome Pack on arrival which includes: Slippers Tassimo Coffee Maker Pods Tea, Coffee and Sugar Lincolnshire Plum Loaf Semi Skimmed Milk We also provide a real, decorated Christmas tree for the Christmas holidays. Please advise if you do not wish us to provide this. Guest access Stone Cottage is completely private and you will have access to the whole property. There is a lockbox situated on the front door to enable you to check yourselves in and out at your convenience. There is on-road parking adjacent to the property. Other things to note Please note the fridge is a 600mm wide under counter fridge with small freezer box at the top. Please bear this in mind when pre-ordering groceries which will be placed in the fridge.
