PROHIBITED FROM THROWING PARTIES IN THE HOUSE !!!! The house was built by the host himself in 2020. Fences have been set up against the path until the hedge has grown, so you can stay undisturbed in the small cozy garden. The house is with modern Nordic decor - with lots of board games & summerhouse atmosphere. Pets not allowed 🌸 🌼800 m to child-friendly beach 🌼1 km to local grocery store 🌼3.6 km to Nykøbing Sj. city (shopping) 🌼6.8 km to Sommerland Sj 🌼10 km to Rørvig (crab fishing) 🌼10 miles to Odsherred-ZOOO Other things to note The rental price is not including towels & linens. However, there will of course be duvets & pillows in the house . It is possible to rent linens & towels. It costs 100, - NOK per person. Just let us know a few days before check-in. It is also possible to charge an electric car in the parking lot. However, this is NOT included in the price. If desired, please let us know at the time of booking. Please bring your own tea towels, dishcloths & garbage bags. Note Note : No smoking is ALLOWED in the house . NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE !!! It is also not allowed to hold parties or.li !!
