Other things to note **Security Cameras:** For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed and actively record audio and video around the perimeter of the house. Any tampering with, covering, or disabling of these cameras is strictly prohibited. **Starter Supplies:** We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, basic toiletries, and cleaning supplies. These items are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed. **BBQ Grill:** A grill is available for your use. It is stored out of the weather, so please let us know in advance if you plan to use it so we can have it ready for you. **Local Wildlife:** This property is located in a beautiful tropical climate. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates and other wild animals as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climate. Per AirBnb's listing requirement, we are required to notify you of possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a pest control service to deal with these creatures. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via AirBnB's Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover both inside our house or outside on our property. Many of these creatures are free roaming.
