The living area with plenty of furnishings and artwork give this villa a modern character. The living area is designed with such care giving comfortable spaces for adults and children to feel like at home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island bench which waking up in the morning is the perfect place to have your breakfast before your morning dip in the pool. In the same space you will find a modern dining setting and comfortable traditionally made couch area. The highlight of the open living area is the perfectly placed lounge area with a Smart TV and PlayStation which the children will make their own, keeping the adults away. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms all been accessed from the main living area. Towards the back of the villa is a twin bedroom which is ideal for children as it is the closest to their lounge play room area. The bathroom in the living area is convenient to be used by this twin bedroom as an en-suite. The other two bedrooms are located at the front end of the villa with both having view and access via tall glass panel doors to the outdoor pool area. These bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Additionally one bedroom consists of a double bed and the other two single beds which can be put together to create a second double bed. The outdoor area at Villa Selini offers both shady and sun drenched seating areas for the choice of reading a book or laying on a sun-bed to soak in the Greek Summer sun. Aromatic shrubs and an olive tree give a village feel to your outdoor surroundings and with a fully equipped BBQ the ideal spot to cook up a fresh Greek feast. Depending on where you are sitting or lounging around in the outdoor area you will have partial sea views of the blue waters in the bay of Mikros Gialos.
