Open concept kitchen/living room which includes 60" satellite tv and 2 reclining couches. Fully equipped 5 piece kitchen (stove/oven, fridge, dishwater and microwave. Large wall to wall window and sliding door to deck. The dining table seats eight people and is a great place to enjoy a sit down meal, play games/cards or just have some great conversation. Outdoors you can enjoy the views of Lake Couchinching while relaxing on the large deck which provides a great area for sitting to take in the beautiful scenery as well as watching the stunning sunsets. The deck overlooks the large, level and spacious lawn and is perfect for outdoor activities and evening fire around the open fire pit (please supply the wood for burning). There is a 24 ' ft X 6 'ft dock to enjoy while watching the kids play in the shallow water. Accessibility for boats with 18" draft or less. MacGregor Marina is a short distance away by car or water. Launch boats at the public dock in Washago or at MacGregor Marina for a small fee. The lot is only 50ft wide, please respect our neighbours. Guest access You have access to the entire cottage with a lock box entry system. Use of propane BBQ and unlimited internet Available for you to use while enjoying our cottage along with 2 kayaks and a large floating lily pad Other things to note Take care of the septic tank. the cottage has a septic system. Disposing of anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet, may result in blockage. Do not dispose paper towels, tissue paper, facial wipes, tampons, pads, condoms, matches, strong chemicals etc. Do not put fat or grease down the kitchen drain as this can also cause a blockage which is messy and may result in a large plumber's bill.
