Bright and Cheerful South Desert Home

South Palm Desert home in a beautiful neighborhood. Purchased in 2011 but built in the 50’s Large windows with mountain views. Home is small but bright and open. There is a closed in patio out front where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee, and if it's too warm out front there are French doors in the living room that leads to a covered patio in back. We do not have a pool but are centrally located to the Aquatic Center with 3 pools, and the beautiful Civic Center Park; The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens; walking distance to El Paseo, (known as Little Rodeo Drive) and the McCallum Theater which sits on the edge of the College of The Desert Campus.
