Recently Villa and Trullo have been restored,furnished with great care and details for a relaxing environment. The space The structure offers: an ancient three-cone trullo built 200 years ago in stone. For us, the trullo is a small pearl of the property, where you will intend to find a double bed and a pouf that can be converted into a single bed. The beautiful jetted jetted-tub-tub and chronootherapy will help you relax. It's the ideal place for a romantic evening or to take a bath full of foam to entertain your children. Separate bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet. The beautiful Villa Bianca is located near the Trullo. It offers two bedrooms and each has its own bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. One room has a double bed for a couple and the other room has two single beds that can become double beds for 4 people. These two rooms are connected to the dining room and a cozy fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, toaster, kettle etc. There is also a free Wi-Fi, a 43 "SmartTV where you can watch Netflix. Each room has air conditioner. The property is suitable for 6 adults inside the Villa plus 3 adults in the trullo. Two high chairs, changing tables and toddler beds can be prepared upon request. Perfect for families, groups or couples who will enjoy so much space, privacy and independence during the stay. Outside you will find a bathroom/ laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. In front of the house under a large gazebo you will see the outdoor kitchen with a dining table and a living room. Small playground, swings and children's toys are located in the back of the lounge area, under the olive trees. Pretty much everything you could expect to find in this charming place. An ideal place for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of the countryside among olive and fruit trees. The property has much more to offer 2.5 hectares of land ( fully fenced)with a breathtaking view of the olive field, land where you can pick and eat seasonal fruits and collect aromatic herbs, use the hammock to relax or just sunbathe on the loungers near the elevated pool.
