Cozy beach house in Sonho Verde

Welcome to our Beach House at the Sonho Verde II Condominium, where we live wonderful moments as a family and we hope our guests have the same experience when they get to know our paradise. Sonho Verde is a beach frequented almost exclusively by residents, offering a beach hut and restaurant structure. Extremely well located, Sonho Verde beach is next to the city of Paripueira, which has markets, pharmacies and restaurants, thus serving everyone. The space Our house is located within a gated condominium, with a 24-hour doorman, a few meters from the sea, residents walk to the beach that is a block away. The condominium also has a swimming pool, ballroom, soccer and volleyball courts and a playground for children. The house is owned by an elderly couple who built it with the aim of bringing the family together. Here, guests will have Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils, 2 refrigerators, 1 minibar in the outdoor area, an electric shower, TV with Netflix/Prime/YouTube, air conditioning in all rooms, blackout curtains, an outdoor pool with accessibility for the elderly and people with disabilities, a barbecue grill, and an outdoor shower. We also provide bed linens and bath towels for internal use (no changes), 1 gallon of water, toilet paper and soap in all bathrooms. If the guest is interested in using the inflatable soccer goal, please let us know in advance. The volleyball goal is not available; we only have the soccer goal. We would also like to inform you that the house is located in a beach area with preserved Atlantic forest, and that it is common to see marmosets, raccoons, and birds of many different species in the condominium. Guest access Guests can use the entire area of the house, in addition to the condominium's leisure area, where they will have access to 3 swimming pools, one of them for children, showers, three courts, two of which are sand courts and one is a grass court, as well as a children's playground. Not to mention the beach in front of the condominium, which has a waterfront that can be walked to the Santo Antônio bar. Other things to note We inform our guests that electricity consumption is paid separately, according to each guest's consumption. On the day of check-in, the owners record the Voltz reading on the electricity meter in the guest's presence, as well as on the date of departure (check-out), and at the end of the stay, the owners send the guest the total amount of the electricity consumption, which must be paid via TED or PIX. The kwatz/h value in the region is R$1.00. A weekend using all the air conditioning and pool whirlpool costs around R$ 60-150. If the guest chooses to bring pets, we inform you that we do not accept large and aggressive animals that could put other residents at risk, as children play freely in the condominium. If the guest chooses to bring a pet, we charge a fee of R$ 50.00 for cleaning the garden, and we ask that the guest also collect their pet's feces and take care of the furniture. We would also like to inform you that the condominium is located in a preserved area, with the presence of animals such as cats, marmosets and peccaries. If the guest is interested in using the inflatable soccer goal, please let us know in advance. The volleyball goal is not available; we only have the soccer goal. We also ask that guests take out the trash in the morning and place it at the entrance of the house so that it can be collected by the cleaning staff every day, as well as respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. and good relations with the other residents. We provide an air fryer, an electric coffee maker, and a popcorn maker. We do not change linens (bed and bath) during the stay.
