Welcome to our apartment BELLA VISTA with a terrace and big palm tree garden. This apartment will be perfect for 2-6 guests. It has 3 separate bedrooms, a living room with a TV and Netflix, lounge room with indoor fireplace , 2 bathrooms and kitchen with dinning area. Our beautiful apartment is a 10min drive from the island's capital city Santa Cruz, is located in a lovely town Tabaiba which is about 40 minutes drive from Teide National Park. The space Bella Vista is one of apartments in our sunny holiday villa CASTILLO MORO, thus offering you a lot of space to enjoy your time in the house or in and around our gorgeous palm tree garden. Our apartment has also a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The apartment has big, cozy terrace where you can enjoy a romantic breakfast, an apéritif or lunch. The place is designed specially for you, so you can either enjoy our cozy terrace, offering you an unreadable view of very special sunsets, or to spend a day at the beach, which is just in about 5 min drive. Guest access Apartment Bella Vista has 3 bedrooms - Bella Vista, Leela and Sita. Bedroom Bella Vista impresses with its brightness and view of the Atlantic Ocean. It has a double bed with French mattress (1,20m) for a couple and a single bed for a child e.g. It is designed in Moorish style and gives a feeling of joy and freedom. The double and single bed makes the Bella Vista ideal for several people or small families. 2nd room "LEELA": A very spacious room, ideal for a couple. There is the possibility of sliding the beds together. Because of its central position on this level and the 2 exits, the living room can also be accessed directly from the terrace, which is ideal for meals, relaxation or work. 3rd room "SITA": Here too, the beds can be pushed together. With its huge wardrobe with sliding doors and access to the bathroom and toilet just outside the room, it gives a feeling of comfort. Like the room Leela, the Sita borders on the living room where is a flat screen TV and Netflix streaming service. *Moorish room-living room/bar: This room is decorated in Moorish style. A cosy sitting area with table, indoor fireplace, a bar and a large dining/working table invite you to a cosy get-together or offer the possibility to do some work in peace. The exit over a small terrace to the lower situated garden makes it possible to enjoy palms and the colourful flowers of the Bougainvilleas at any time. Other things to note *Pets are allowed on a request. *It is possible to order a cleaning during your stay (15.- eur per hour). *A rental car advisable. Bus connections available as well. *House rules: We’re so happy you chose our property for your vacation. Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody! We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests. -Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes! In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be. -We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. Please do not flush any sanitary products or toilet paper down the toilet. Our water pipes still have old Spanish dimensions and irreplaceable technology in inaccessible locations. We provide bins for this in each bathroom. You can leave garbage in a big, green garbage container, which is outside in front of the house at any time.
