An 18th century Champagne farmhouse, the house is now completely renovated and has nearly 350 m2 of living space! Surrounded by a lovely park, it draws its energy from geothermal energy and solar panels to offer eco-friendly comfort! The space Charming building overlooking a closed courtyard, it is backed by a very large wooded plot that gradually opens onto the fields. The proposed accommodation is ideal for families with children! The rooms are spacious and access to games (indoor and outdoor) will be quite possible. 3 extra beds are available for children including 2 for babies. Guest access Guests have access to a bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed and a bedroom with 1 double bed and a baby bed on request, as well as a bathroom (private for these two bedrooms). A dining room is accessible so that you can enjoy breakfast on request Booking condition: If there are three of you or you want access to both separate bedrooms, please book for 3 people. During your stay We are always available if needed.
