By being on a large plot of almost 5000 m2, you are assured of undisturbed privacy. The house is surrounded by greenery and trees. Most of the land around the house is occupied by a grassy area. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious kitchen with a dining room that has a seating area for 13 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware. Two large refrigerators are available to store food, one of which is American with an automatic ice maker. Appliances include an espresso machine, microwave, toaster, toaster, food processor, induction hob, multifunctional hot air oven, deep extractor hood. There is also a wine shop for 160 bottles, where you can buy Moravian wine, which you can buy for consumption. You can also use the wine bar to cool your own drinks. The living area is equipped with a sofa, a table, and a large flat smart TV. The cottage provides accommodation for up to 13 people in 5 bedrooms. There are five rooms - two rooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor, three rooms with double bed with private bathroom and toilet (2x shower, 1 bath) - two of these rooms are on the ground floor. There is also one room with a double bed and two single beds 90cm wide with a private bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. One room with a double bed and one single bed 120cm wide with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, heating and air conditioning, furniture, and storage for your clothes. For a longer stay, you'll appreciate a washer and dryer. There are basic toiletries (towels, toilet paper, soap) and a hairdryer in every bathroom. All rooms have outdoor blinds and insect screens on their windows. In total, you have five bathrooms, two with a bathtub and three with a shower. Each bathroom has a toilet. One extra toilet is on the ground floor next to the kitchen and living room. Heating and air conditioning in every room. The back entrance, the French window from the dining room, or living room can be accessed to the outdoor patio. Here is a seating area for 14 people, which is shaded by umbrellas. On the outdoor patio you can grill on the large Weber grill, which is part of the patio equipment. There is also an electric connection on the patio. In the summer months, you'll especially appreciate the outdoor pool (7m x 4m x 1.5m deep) with the roofing. This pool is heated to 29°C for you in the period from 1.6 to 30.9. The pool is a grassy area with sun loungers for relaxation and sunbathing. The pool also has an outdoor shower. If it's cooler, you'll appreciate the whirlpool (hot tub), which is located in an outdoor covered space. This is a profi overflow hot tub for 6 people. It is heated year-round to 38°C. Next to the whiprol, there is a Finnish sauna for 4 people with the possibility of steam sauna. There is a chilled shower in front of the sauna. We also think of your children, who have a playground with a swing and climbing frames. The property also has children's toys and pool toys. For babies and infants, there are 3 cribs with linens and a breath monitor. A stroller with a deep/sports extension will also be fully available to you. In the summer months, in bad weather, you can use the common room with a game room located in the next building of the barn. Table football, airhockey, and a large table with chairs for up to 14 people are available here. You can also use this common room in winter, but it's not heated. On the ground floor of the barn there is a lockable room for storing your sports equipment (bikes, skis, etc.). This room has a ski shoe dryer. Behind the barn is also a fire pit with seating if you want to enjoy relaxing by the campfire. Separate driveway to property. Parking in the private parking lot in front of the house is possible for up to 8 cars.
