Each property is fully set up with all the standard amenities that you likely need for your stay on Aruba. Other things to note Why are our rates so low? We have a lot of units at Gold Coast as well as other properties. We rent our units in the normal retail market at rates up to $385 per night plus taxes & fees. Between these rentals there are gaps in reservations. By managing our inventory similar to a hotel, we can minimize the gaps between bookings in each condo, however there are still many. Rather than these empty nights brining in no revenue, we offer them through Airbnb and other places at extremely low rates, which fills them up. This is good for everyone! The added reservations and inquiries also enable us to manage our inventory better to create more openings. We also take into consideration what is best for our guests as well (regardless of what you pay). We assign units around the time of check in based on a number of factors including: Requests of guests, especially as to bedding as some families like twin beds for the kids, others are couples that want a queen in the guest room, some want a sofa-bed, etc. as well as the minimizing or eliminating the gaps. This is a major way that we are able to offer the crazy low rates that we do. Whit a huge volume of bookings, we rarely have complaints. We are pretty strict in the units we accept. Nothing is perfect, anywhere but we want guests to return so we do our best. We are not the Ritz Carleton, but we give amazing value for the money and are generally well over 90% full all year long. Remember that these are privately owned condominiums. Neither our units or anyone else’s units are perfect, but our management company does a great job and taking care of them. Why reserve through us? Even more important is that we use a professional property management company in Aruba that has been in business for decades. Unlike someone that has one property and may not be located in Aruba, our property management company is in Aruba, is fully staffed including handymen, concierges, etc. and always keeps one of their properties available in case of emergency. Things break anywhere in the world, but on an island, it is often difficult to get parts, so occasionally repairs could take weeks or months! By reserving with us, your vacation is far safer. Again, you will not get the Ritz Carleton (although we also have 4+ star properties as well), but you will get a condo that most of our guests pay 4 to 5 times what you are paying through Airbnb by taking advantage of our ability to offer these ultra-low 'fill in' rates to fill in our gaps. Plus, other than the cleaning fee, all taxes and other fees are included! Our property management company and our properties are certified under the Aruba Health and Happiness Code. They have been inspected by the Aruba health department as has the cleaning and disinfecting procedures used by our property management company. Linen and towels are even sent to a professional laundry that services hotels. Wash and dry temperatures are high so that everything is properly cleaned and sanitary. We try to make your vacation as worry free as possible. All we ask is that you respect the condos as you are staying at someone’s home. Conserve utilities. Respect others. On top of all this, our Property manager can even help plan your vacation! They can help you find a reliable car rental, they know the best tours and activities, they can recommend restaurants, sites, etc. You wind up with many of the services of a hotel but at absurdly low rates!
