It has a private entrance, - accessible through the back alley, a full kitchen, full bathroom with shower, separate living and bedroom area. The bed is full size and a convertible sleeper sofa, is in the living area, with access to a shared washer dryer area. The unit is fully stocked with linens, towels, cook and tableware. Beautiful styled backyard available for guests. Wifi service with Roku TV. Street parking available. SORRY NO PETS. The apartment is accessed through the back gate from the back alley . There are 3 steps up from the alley into the backyard, and 8 steps leading down from the backyard to the apartment unit. The unit itself is one level. Guest access Guests will be given a code before arrival to access the apartment located on the basement level. This code will give our guests access to the unit throughout their stay. A car can be driven up the one way alley temporarily to load or unload their vehicle - but not parked. Plentiful parking is found on the street. Other things to note We have central air and heating, nice neighbors! I am quite biased, but I think this area of Baltimore is the best because there is a great diversity of people that include young families, students from nearby Johns Hopkins, working people from the many Baltimore hospitals, retirees and elderly.
