Tamar View.

Spacious, warm, comfortable light, airy town house, all to yourself, commanding uninterrupted views over the River Tamar towards Saltash and Cornwall. We do ask that only blocks of 7 nights are booked and only from a Saturday, during school holidays and half term weeks (mid February, Easter, late May, all of July &August and late October). Outside these times any length of stay on any day is fine. The space Tamar View is a large light spacious house with one king, two large double and one single beds all with their own writing desk and chair, a family bathroom and utility room on the ground floor, and a double master suite occupying the whole of the second floor. Only one room does not have a view over the river. The middle floor is an open kitchen/dining/ sitting room and the top floor, as I said, is another double room with a king size bed, an en suite bath and separate shower and sliding doors onto the veranda which commands sweeping views up and down the River and across the water into Cornwall. It is extremely well insulated in accordance with modern building specifications. Guest access The whole house is available to the guests. There is a single garage and hard standing in front so two vehicles can be parked in the rear parking area behind the row of three townhouses. There is also lots of free parking available on the quiet road in front of the property. Other things to note There is a small but very useful and pleasant riverside public park in front of the house which useful for exercising dogs, especially morning and night.
