The space Upon arrival at the estate, you will come across a century-old olive tree, the swimming pool (10x5m and 0.5 to 2m deep) is surrounded by wonderful trees and a very well-kept garden. There you will find 6 sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean sun as well as a large table under the porch to enjoy a family barbecue during a day at the pool. Entering the house you have a cozy living room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen, all in an open space. The rooms are all doubles, one of them has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each. The house has capacity for 6 people. The 2 bathrooms are complete, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray. The property, which runs on solar energy, is decorated with typical Mallorcan furniture and the interior walls of the bedrooms are made of stone, which makes the temperature very good at any time of the year. Even so, it ha heating and air conditioning only in the bedrooms. In a separate shed you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can park your cars inside the property.
