The home is a Quadplex, a large home with 4 quaint apartments, all apartments with separate entrances/exits, no shared area except the front porch/backyard and Laundry Room. This apartment is located on the. second floor,and has a closed in porch overlooking back yard. The space -Full Kitchen, all appliances including dishwasher. Kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, microwave, pots/pans and anything you might need to cook. -Roku Smart TV, Apartment has basic Comcast cable subscription. As well, the Roku Smart TV allows guest to access their Netflix, Amazon Prime ect, accounts -Home is cooled by window A/C units. In winter months, the thermostat is to be set at 70 degrees, as it controls temperature for the entire home. Parking- There is on/ off street parking, The driveway to backyard/parking is very narrow, fits most all cars and trucks, however guest are advised to proceed with caution if parking off street due to narrowness of driveway. - The bedroom has Queen firm mattress - Please inquire /let me know if you will be traveling with pets. I will consider on case to case basis, and would require pet deposit -Guest will be required to purchase special City of Decatur trash bags to dispose of their trash. Owner can provide further details.Update the apartment ceiling will need to be painted on Tuesday September 17.
