cottage near Wissant, at Château de la Motte

Our mansion is located in a large wooded garden surrounded by pastures on a total area of one hectare. We offer a cottage for 4 people in the left wing of our house, with an individual entrance. Our manor is located in a park. The accomodation we rent is a three storey flat on the side of our house, with your own entrance. The space Our self catering accommodation is located in the Boulogne countryside, one kilometre from the centre of the village (bakery, etc) and 12 miles away from the Côte d’Opale beaches (Wimereux, Wissant…) and from the “Grand Site National des 2 Caps”Our character house is located in a big garden with trees and surrounded by meadows; the total size of the whole park is about one hectare. Our gîte, that sleeps up to 4 people, is on the left side of our house and has its own entrance Guest access The cottage is fully equipped and guests have access to the entire garden. The accomadation is well equiped and the visitors can access the garden Other things to note Note regarding the supply of equipment: - basic supplies are offered (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, salt, pepper, coffee...) are offered for your beginning of stay, but not for the whole of a stay if you stay beyond a weekend, our service is a cottage and not a guest room. So you will have to provide these supplies but will not be caught off guard when you arrive. - the baby equipment is made available free of charge, please make the prior request for it to be installed on your arrival - beds are made on arrival, a towel per person as well as tea towels are provided except in the case of promotional rate: in this case you have the choice between bringing your own linen or paying a contribution of 12€ per person. The basic rate is €260 on weekends, and from €360 (low season) to €460 (high season) per week . If you have a lower rate, it's a promotion. Remark regarding provision of equipment: - basic goods (toilets rolls, washing machine tablets, salt, paper, coffee...) are offered for the beginning of your stay , but not for your whole stay (beyond 2 days), as we are a self catering accomodation and not a bed and breakfast. It means you will have to bring your own goods but if you do not have them on arrival, we have provided some for your comfort. - we provide baby equipment without charge, please let us know before your arrival so that the equipment is ready when you arrive. - bed linen, one towel per person and table cloth are included in the rental price except when you get a bargain price. In that case you can either bring your own linen or pay 15€ extra per person to cost contribution. The basic price is €260 for a weekend, and goes from 360€ (low season) to €460 (high season) per week. If you get a better price, it is a bargain price.
