Cosy cottage with jacuzzi on westcoast by the sea

If you want to sunbathe and swim in the summer, go skiing or hiking, this home is perfect for you. Take a cozy weekend with a hot tub and long walks on the beach just 600 meters away. The area has mini golf, playground, outdoor gym, tennis court and exercise track. If you are in the mood for a night out, then you can go to Pocoloco beach bar, Beach club, Bread and Buter bakery that offers lighter dishes or take a trip to Båstad. When using the hot tub during the months of December-April, a fee will be added. A warm welcome! The space You live in a newly built modern guest house of 25 m² with underfloor heating. The cottage has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a fully tiled bathroom with shower, a living room with a kitchen area that accommodates a sofa bed (if you choose to be more than two people) and a kitchen table. The cottage is most suitable for 2 people but if you wish, it is possible to accommodate up to 4 people, especially if they are your children, because there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge and freezer and stove. Double patio doors lead you out to the wooden deck where there are 4 armchairs and glass tables as well as a smaller gas grill Cello. 4 chairs and tables are available outside the front door for a pleasant breakfast or a cozy coffee in the evening sun. There is free parking in front of the main house and there is space for 3 cars. Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be arranged if you tell us in good time. Let me know when booking and I will see if there is any possibility to arrange as I do not live near the cottage. If you sleep without the duvets and pillows will be dirty and a cleaning fee will be added. The final cleaning is done by the tenant. You should leave the cottage in the same condition as you found it. Cleaning can be booked separately for SEK 800. There is modern air ventilation in the cabin. Therefore, you do not have to open windows and air out for long periods. Remember not to leave windows open when leaving the cottage both for the risk of burglary, rain but also for the cottage to remain warm when you come back during the winter period. Otherwise, the underfloor heating will not work properly. Underfloor heating is available and adjusted according to the outside temperature. If it is cold outside, it is automatically raised, but if the windows are open, it can damage the entire system. Don't forget to close all windows and doors when leaving the cottage. In the bathroom there is a towel dryer. The start button is found at the bottom of the towel dryer, which is in the form of a transparent lamp that flashes red a few times when you press it up with your fingers. When you start it, it is on for 6 hours. Then it should be started again. The hot tub is for you who booked the cabin. Don't forget to put the lid on the hot tub. Unnecessary electricity costs will be incurred if the hot tub is open all night/day. Only the number of guests booked are allowed to stay in the cottage. Please be sure to do this at the time of booking. During winter months (Dec-April) there is an extra charge for the hot tub. Let us know if you intend to use it in good time. Otherwise, the hot tub will be turned off and the water will not be heated. In the kitchen cabinet there is coffee, sugar, coffee filters, spices, oil, vinegar and some other pantry products. First aid bandages are in the same kitchen cabinet on the top shelf. Fire extinguishers and kitchen cleaning supplies are located under the sink. For the children, there are some toys and crafts in the dresser drawer by the hallway. A binder describing, among other things, public transport, the grocery store and experience opportunities is in the same bureau. Under the bed, you will find the drying rack. Works well for drying kitchen towels and bathroom towels. The beach is public. It is about 600 meters away from the cottage. We, who own the cottage, may sometimes be present and live in the main building during your stay. We and the neighbors have a view of the jacuzzi so it is not a secluded place but it is located next to the main building. Final cleaning is not included. Upon check-out, the cottage must be clean. Empty all food from the fridge and freezer and throw garbage in the trash can by the parking lot.
